Teddybears’ Picnic Party

With a basket of instruments, some funny magic words, there will be singing and dancing and loads of fun.

Loads ofgiggles and fun to be shared with your friends andtheir favouriteteddy.

80 minutesof entertainment $255 for up to 20 kids ($10 per child above 20)

+ Petrol (75c/km from Hilton/Your Venue/Hilton) or South West (Margaret River/Your Venue/Margaret River)
up to 30 minutestravel, each way,is included in your party package.
Over 30 minutesthere will be a charge. We will let you know in your quote.
Your Fairy will stay with you for 80 minutes. One hr of entertainment and a dash of face painting,
the last 20mins the fairy will enjoy aphoto with the birthday child and their friends.
Before the fairy leaves it might be nice to sing happy birthday and blow out the candles.

You may like an extra performeror face painter.

Maybe an Elf, a Pirate or another fairy to join your party.80 minutes is $150.

Teddy Bear’s Picnic Invitations!

When siblings are sharing a party, it is an extra $5 and you will receive a CD to share and a Fairy Garden each.
When friends are sharing it is an extra $15/extra birthday child.

We set up a little decorated, performance space.
We need space for everyone to sit in a nice big circle.
Please have a mat for the children to sit on, we will set up a decorated space at one end for your Fairy and her Teddy Bear.
Please make sure we have a sheltered spot from the elements.
Power near by if possible, (or let us know to charge our equipment)
Party performance times: 10:30am, 1:00pm and 3:30pm.
We request you start the party 30 minutes prior to our performance time.

Let us know if you would like us too include “Pass the Parcel” We can provide for $2/child, or we can use a parcel provided by you.
We don’t do lolly bags as we are friends with the “Tooth Fairy” However our Cdmakes a great gift idea for Guests ($10each includes 6 songs written by Fairy Sandie)
Remember the birthday child will already be receiving one as a gift from us, when letting us know how many CD’s you are after.
